I agreed to become Program Director of Sister Power out of dedication, care and concern for the girls. I knew loved, and respected Cynthia. In working at Sister Power for 5 years as the Martial Arts Instructor, I saw numerous success stories emerge from underprivileged girls with big dreams. Sister Power and Cynthia's commitment helped to bring these dreams to life. I too promise to follow in these footsteps, and since 2009 have delivered enrichment, culture, education, empowerment, self-esteem and of course my first love self-defense. It gives me great pleasure, and I take pride in helping to keep the "Dream Alive"!
